A digital design preview may be shared before production. Production begins only after the customer approves the final design. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing depends on bottle size, quantity, customization requirements, and delivery location.
4. Payment
Orders may require advance payment or a deposit before production begins. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be cleared before dispatch.
5. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and shipping location. While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur.
6. Custom Products
As every product is custom-made, slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to printing and screen differences. These are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started or the design has been approved.
8. Returns & Replacements
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Eligible issues will be reviewed for replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or artwork submitted for customization. Celestial Personalised Water is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
